Abstract:

Analysis of experimental data suggests that the ratio of the concentrations of uncomplexed Pb and Cd ions in the reaction system can be used to predict the composition of CdxPb1-xS films deposited from aqueous solutions. To this end, the appropriate best fit equations are derived from experimental data.
