Abstract:

Synthesis of films of CdxPb1-xS substitutional solid solution, deposited from aqueous medium in a flow-through piston-flow reactor, was studied. A linear dependence is established between the composition of the solid solutions formed and the ratio of the concentrations of uncomplexed lead and cadmium ions in the reaction mixture.
