Abstract:
Photosensitive Pb1-xSnxSe (0 less than or equal to x less than or equal to 0.114) films were prepared by coprecipitation from aqueous solutions. The long-wavelength photosensitivity threshold of the films is shifted to 7.6 mu m at 300 K.
