Abstract:
Thermoluminescence (TL) processes in a crystal have been simulated by means of a genetic algorithm using models with a single trap and a system of competitive traps. The proposed approach ensures satisfactory approximation of the experimental TL curves for various relationships between the characteristics of the trapping and recombination centers.
