Abstract:
Multiphonon vibration repetitions of the zero phonon line of a Ni impurity {[}d(9)h] acceptor exciton for ZnSe:Ni are analyzed. The first observed unusual structure of combination repetitions is explained by a significant anharmonism of a dominant mode which is formed by a moving of ions in the photoinduced lattice distortion area.
