Abstract:
Minimization of a degenerate integral quadratic functional on a finite time interval along the trajectories of a linear system of differential equations with delay in state coordinates is studied for constructing an impulsive positional control. The impulsive moving states encountered in a system with positional control are formalized. The optimal result is shown to depend continuously on the perturbations of the right side of the system. The nondegenerate case of this problem is examined in {[}1-3]. A degenerate linear-quadratic problem without delay is investigated in {[}4, 5].
