Vlasov DEPENDENCE OF RESEARCH PRODUCTIVITY ON TRANSACTIONAL COSTS The article presents the results of the empirical estimation of the dependences of quantitatively measured results of academic organizations on transactional costs of scientific activities. It is demonstrated that formation of stable institutional structure of scientific journals and conferences enables the reduction of transactional costs which could be further used to support the scientific activities leading to sharp increase of publishing activity and scientific mobility of academic organizations.
