Abstract:

The use of the processes of profiling the tubes that perform the deformation for several stages allows one to achieve a series of positive effects. There is a rather wide class of profiled tubes which can only be obtained by multipass profiling by virtue of their specific geometry. A procedure is suggested which allows one to evaluate the mode of deformation in the deformation center and plasticity life of the tube material.
