Abstract:

The phonon thermal conductivity of II-VI compound semiconductors doped with 3d transition metal ions is studied. The observed temperature anomalies are analyzed in terms of the dynamic Jahn-Teller effect. (c) 2005 Pleiades Publishing, Inc.
