Abstract:

A mathematical model is proposed which makes it possible to describe passes of any shape. The Bez'e method for presenting efficient parametric curves using characteristic broken lines is employed. The model has been used to develop an algorithm and program for automatic calculation and construction of passes for rolling sections and any shapes.
