Abstract:
The results of sorption kinetics simulation taking into account reversible dissolution of true colloid are considered. The model yields exact relations of the equilibrium distribution of the microcomponents for all the coexisting species, namely, true colloid and ion-molecular and sorbed species. The influence of the specific content of the sorbent, sorbate concentration, and pH on the main trends in sorption statics is analyzed. A weak discontinuity in the sorption dependences is shown to be an argument in favor of formation of true colloids of radionuclides.
