Abstract:
Description of a new instrument for the measurement of magnetization microdistribution over the sample surface, as well as the results of its tests, are presented in this article. Measurements were carried out with a one-component average energy (25 keV) Mott detector. The magnetic field rotation of spin of the detected electrons is used to obtain the vector image of the surface magnetization distribution.
