Abstract:
Flat (plane) antennas in the form of a multilayer structure are presented. A prospective method is considered for antenna individual radiator exciting by usage of a resonator in which radiating openings set is made on its broad side. The problem of strip line and resonator radiator matching is solved by moment method, wall finite thickness is being taken into account on which an exciting slit and radiating coupling openings are made as well as metal pins set arranged in the vicinity of a slit are. A good agreement of computed and experimental results is shown. A flat antenna prototype for DBS reception in 11,7...12,2 GHz range is described, its performances are given.
