Abstract:
The condensation of ethyl 2-{[}(2-aminophenyl)aminomethylidene]-3-oxo-3-polyfluoroalkyl-propionate s with aldehydes (salicylaldehyde, furfural, and benzaldehyde) affords the corresponding azomethine derivatives exhibiting the complexing ability toward copper and nickel ions.
