Abstract:
The problem of optimal terminal control with a linear functional is considered for an object whose dynamics is described by a linear discrete vector equation. It is assumed that the constraints on the a priori indeterminate initial state of the object and of its controlling parameter have the form of convex, closed, and bounded polyhedra (with a finite number of vertices). A recursive numerical algorithm is suggested for solving the problem, based on its reduction to solving a sequence of direct and inverse one-step optimization problems. A description of the computer program, implementing this algorithm, is given and its action is illustrated on a model example.
