Deoxidation technology and economic steel microalloying with complex boron-containing ferroalloy, i.e., ferro-silicon-boron, instead of expensive cored wire with FB17 filler, has been developed and introduced for the first time at the Severskii Pipe Plant. © 2014, Springer Science+Business Media New York.
