Abstract:
A problem of effective and strength materials for membrane hydrogen technology is considered, Hydrogen effect on thermodynamic and structural characteristics of the amorphous alloys (Pd80Si20, PdMeX, where M=Cu, Ag, Pt, Ru and X=Si, B) is studied. Hydrogen permeability mechanism is investigated in detail under cyclic hydrogen sorption-desorption. The most effective alloying additives to amorphous alloys are defined, which inhibite hydride-formation in the matrix and raise strength properties owing to reduction of sliding defects.
