Abstract:
Superfast quenching process is analyzed from the point of view of stability. The main reasons leading to the magnetic properties nonuniformity along length of the amorphous ribbons made of (Fe98Ni2)78Si8B14 and Co57Fe5Ni10Si11B17 are revealed. The thermodynamic and kinetic conditions of interacting the melt with disk during a spinning are considered. Relaxation of structure of the metallic glasses under low-temperature annealing is investigated.
