Abstract:
Analysing literature data for the YBaCuO system, the values of H⊖ 298-H⊖ 0, and the temperatures of melting and decomposition were estimated and empirical equations for their calculation are discussed. The values of these characteristic data for YBa2Cu3O7 (123-O7), YBa2Cu3O6 (123-O6), YBa2Cu3.5O7.5 (123.5-O7.5), YBa2Cu4O8 (124-O8), YBa2Cu5O9 (125-O9), YBa4Cu3O8.5 (143-O8.5), Y2BaCuO5 (211), Y2Cu2O5 (202), YCuO2 (101), Y2BaO4 (210), Y2Ba2O5 (220), Y2Ba4O7 (240), Y4Ba3O9 (430), BaCuO2 (011), BaCu2O2 (012), Ba2CuO3 (021) and Ba3Cu5O8 (035) are given and discussed. © 1994.
