Abstract:
A method for determining the elasticity constants of a cold-drawn wire with an axial texture is described. The method is based on direct determination (by testing for tension and torsion) of the three elasticity constants E', v ', and G', which are used to calculate the elasticity constants E and v. © 1998 Plenum Publishing Corporation.
