Abstract:
A Leaky-wave antenna based on a rectangular waveguide with partially dielectric filling and transverse slots is investigated. The Green's function method for dispersion equations and antenna radiation analysis is suggested. A protective dielectric cover on the screen with slots is taken into account. The complex propagation constant is defined by matching of magnetic field in slots. Two different waves' expansions for Green's functions with TE, TM and LE, LM are considered.
