Abstract:
By applying a combination of Krohnke method and ``1,2,4-triazine{''} method (Sauer method) 2,2':6',2aEuro(3)-terpyridines were prepared bearing various aromatic substituents in the positions 4' and 5 of the oligopyridine scaffold.
