Abstract:
The results of investigation of ANRORC mechanism of heteroaromatic nucleophilic substitution are considered. This mechanism includes nucleophilic addition to heteroarene with subsequent opening and recyclization of heteroaromatic ring and final results may be the same as in classic, cine- and tele-nucleophilic substitution. In some cases classic mechanism of nucleophilic substitution competes with ANRORC-mechanism and their ratio depends on rate of formation and relative stability of sigma-adducts, steric effects of substituents, nature of leaving group and etc. The recyclization reactions of heteroaromatic compounds which are induced by nucleophilic reagents are also considered.
