Abstract:
The article proves that the optimal structure of costs on different types of knowledge is of vital importance for effective innovative development of enterprises, especially under difficult economic conditions. Strategic management of knowledge has the greatest effect on competitiveness if this management relies on the basic strategy of an enterprise, also considering its purposes and the directions for growth. © 2015, National Academy of Management.
