Abstract:
The influence of zero-point and thermal spin fluctuations on the electronic structure and magnetic properties of weak itinerant magnets is considered. The possibility of considerable complex reconstruction of electron state density in fluctuating exchange and charge fields is demonstrated for Fe1-xCoxSi. The temperature dependence of paramagnetic susceptibility is in agreement with experimental data obtained for Fe1-xCoxSi. (C) 1997 American Institute of Physics.
