Abstract:
It is shown that when disturbances are formed in a time exceeding the electron mean free time, the role of conduction electrons in nonlinear elastic phenomena can be reduced to renovation of the third-order lattice elastic constants. The characteristics of solitary strain waves are analyzed for this case.
