Abstract:
YBa1.5K0.5Cu3O7-x and YBaKCu3O7-x ceramics were synthesized. The temperature behavior of resistivity, low-field mw-absorption and mw-hysteresis indicates possible superconductivity at 105 K for YBa1.5K0.5Cu3O7-x. For both samples, superconducting transition is of the Kosterlitz-Thouless type. The increase in Tc is connected with the increase of charge carrier density in the CuO2-slab of YBa1.5K0.5Cu3O7-x.
