Abstract:
The temperature and orientation dependences of the FMR linewidth DELTA-H and the resonance field H(r) are presented for thin iron garnet films, used in magnetic bubble technology. Also discussed is the possibility of evaluation of the relaxation parameter, characterizing film quality, from the H(r) and DELTA-H data using the simple model for DELTA-H anisotropy.
