A leading English-language abstract database of London Institution of Engineering and Technology, (IET), constituted by merging The Institution of Electrical Engineers (IEE) and Institution of Incorporated Engineers (IIE) in March 2006. The database contains abstracts and codes of scientific and technical documents published all over the world, inclusing 11 mln items. Inspec covers over 5 thousand journals, over 2,5 thousand conference proceedings, as well as a great number of books, theses, patens and accounts in different languages. Chronological bounds from 1989 up to this day. The base can be accessed on the base of EBSCOhost, due to which the abstracts have links to full texts of the articles from the accessible for UrFU journals.
