The famous Ural playwright Nikolay Kolyada donated our Library this book.

“Kolyada Method” is a documentary written by Elena Solovyova and the first book devoted to Kolyada, his theatre and the Ural school of modern drama. It is not a traditional book since it includes reviews of his plays, interviews with the playwright himself, his actors and students, reports from the “Kolyada-plays” festivals, extracts from personal diaries.

The book will join the collection in January 2023. Meanwhile, everyone can read other Nikolay Kolyada books available in Library: collected works in 12 volumes, «Take and Remember”, “Carmen Lives”, “Nosferatu”, “Persian Lilac”, “Plays for the Beloved Theater”, “Get out – Get out”.

On December 4 the playwright celebrated his 65th anniversary. Our sincere congratulations!
