In 1982 Victor Savinykh, a soviet cosmonaut and scientist, possessor of several state awards, prizes and honorary titles, visited the Library Book Museum (transformed further to the Department of Rare Books). The photo featured Victor Savinykh’s keen interest to the exhibits.
