The University Library congratulates with the new academic year and announces a new service: chatbot “UrFU BiblioNavigator”. It is a reference system placed on the Telegram platform. The bot will allow to receive answers to the general questions concerning the Library operating, opportunities, resources and services. Apart from Russian, the bot is easily speaking English, facilitating thus the process of acquainting international students with the Library world. Join us!
