Rules for Use of the Reading Rooms
Users are obliged:
1. To submit a valid library card entering the Reading Room.
2. To show the Librarian all printed materials taken in the Open Access Reading Rooms.
Users are Allowed:
1. To request unlimited number of books and other materials.
• Documents or their copies received by means of Interlibrary Loan and Electronic Document Delivery;
• Theses;
• Documents on electronic media;
• Restricted documents (for official use);
• Regulatory and technical documentation classified as “copying prohibited”.
3. To book items for a period agreed with the Librarian.
4. To deposit personal belongings in the lockers near the Open Access Reading Rooms.
Users are not allowed:
1. To wear outdoor clothing in the Reading Rooms.
2. To take eat and drinks.
3. To take items out of the Reading Rooms (Information Centres).
The documents taken out of a Reading Room by permission of the Librarian on duty must be returned until the closing time.
Users are obliged:

• Encyclopedias, reference books, rare and valuable documents;• Documents or their copies received by means of Interlibrary Loan and Electronic Document Delivery;
• Theses;
• Documents on electronic media;
• Restricted documents (for official use);
• Regulatory and technical documentation classified as “copying prohibited”.
3. To book items for a period agreed with the Librarian.
