Russian National Encyclopedia "The Best People of Russia" is an annual chronicle of the labor achievements of the honored citizens of the country. The heroes of the encyclopedia are recommended by the authorities and authoritative public organizations. One of them was the rector of USTU-UPI S. S. Naboichenko. The Encyclopedia "Scientists of Russia" is a project of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences and contains biographical data and photos of more than 14 thousand outstanding scientists and specialists of the country. The encyclopedia provides biographical information about the rector of USTU-UPI Stanislav Stepanovich Naboychenko, his work activity and merits, scientific interests.
